General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided through the crix website and mobile application. "crix", "we", "our" refer to the organisation operating crixbet.cam, and "user", "you" refers to any registered or unregistered person who uses this platform.

crix is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. By using the platform you confirm that you are a resident of Bangladesh and are at least 21 years of age.

Account Registration

To use crix services, you must create a valid personal account. During registration, users must provide the following accurate information:

• Full name (as per National ID card)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• A strong password

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple members living at the same household address may use separate accounts, but each person must have distinct contact details.

After registration, crix may request verification of your information. A copy of your National ID card or passport may be required as part of verification. Withdrawal may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone or granting third-party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Age Verification and Eligibility

All crix services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors creating accounts or using the platform in any way is strictly prohibited.

If age verification reveals that a user is under 21, that account will be closed immediately. Whether deposited funds are refunded in such cases will be decided based on the circumstances; any winnings from bonuses will be considered void.

Providing false information during registration is a violation of the rules and may result in account cancellation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on crix: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are accepted.

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if account verification is not complete or additional security checks are required.

Account Matching

For withdrawals, funds will be sent to the payment account registered in the user's name. Transfers to third-party accounts will not be made. It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.

All financial transactions are conducted through secure, encrypted connections. crix never asks for passwords or OTPs via phone or message — treat any such contact as fraudulent.

Bonuses and Promotions

crix offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions that must be followed. General bonus rules are listed below:

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000 — before withdrawing the bonus funds, bets worth ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.

General Bonus Rules

• To receive a bonus, any applicable code (if available) must be correctly applied at the time of registration.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is found, crix reserves the right to close the account and cancel the bonus.
• Placing only risk-free bets from a bonus with no personal stake is prohibited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

crix offers various gaming services including sports betting, live casino, slots and fishing games. Each game category has its own rules, but the general rules below apply in all cases:

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• crix reserves the right to cancel any bet if evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found.
• Bets can be placed on one or more events at the same time (multi-bet).

Casino Gaming

• All games are operated using third-party verified Random Number Generators (RNG).
• If a game result contains an error, the relevant round will be voided and the stake returned.
• No bet will be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crix platform:

• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods
• Betting using another person's account
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Providing false information with the intent to mislead other users
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

Account Closure and Suspension

crix reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity
• Bonus abuse
• Providing a false identity or information
• Attempting to conduct illegal activity
• Operating an account belonging to a minor

If an account is closed, the user may request a refund of any remaining valid balance. However, in cases of violations, bonus funds and bonus-related winnings will not be returned.

Users may also close their account voluntarily. In this case, a request must be submitted via live chat or email.

Security and Privacy

User Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

The crix platform is provided "as is". crix will not be liable for any losses in the following situations:

• Bets lost due to internet outages or technical problems
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
• Losses caused by the user's own mistakes
• Losses resulting from disclosing account login details to others
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances

There is a risk of losing money when gambling. crix never guarantees specific winnings. Play responsibly and always stay within your means.

Changes to Terms and Contact

crix reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If there are any significant changes, a notice will be posted on the website and users will be informed at their registered email address. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you agree to the new terms.
